i never hold my pee am not able to relax until i get it out even wgen am going for a nap or bed and am to comfy to move and just wanna stay in bed and not get up to go to the toilet all the voice in my head says siobjan go for a piss if u wanna chill and relax and get a good sleep piss first cause u won't be able to sleep or relax unless u pee and i just get up do it then am relaxed and the voice is out my head so i piss before bed before i go out or as soon as i wake in the morning amd through the night because if a tiny we noise a dont take to wakes me up i always need to pee

I use to when depressed. Then I got chronic UTIs which led to a kidney infection. ☺️ Don't hold your pee it'd not worth the pain.
