A chick I work with she plays the game of ignoring me and getting on with everyone else

When we bumped into each other to talk leaving work she turned back had a mini heart attack

The following day tried to follow me out leaving to bump into me

Each time she looked at me she used to make eye contact

But now basically jumps trys to avoid eye contact and goes somewhere else

She goes bright red when I chat to another girl

What is going on?
