She probably doesn’t even know who the father is herself. I would want a paternity test if I were you. Since there is a chance that you could be the father I would assume you would want to be in your (possible) child’s life.

Well, that's wrong. If there's suspicions of you being the father, she owes you an explanation and the right to see/live with the child. And of course, do a DNA test first.
