Girls, do u get jealous of self centered girls/women?

like sometimes when I see a girl so self centered and loves herself and focuses on herself and takes care of herself i get jealous bc i think i don't really actually love myself that much but I try to feel self love and act like the main character of my life instead of being careless and stop nurturing myself , and I watched smthg about feminine energy and they talked about how it's all about self love and that women in their nature are more self centered (in a good way ) and just made me feel like im not feminine enough

You can't help anyone if you're burnt out, exhausted, or dead.

You're the only person you can count on to take care of yourself. It's not selfishness, it's literally taking care of yourself. 🤦🏽
