I need to get to work but if you met me and heard me speak, you'd think i'm not American. (actually the reason why I don't sound American is because of a friendship level 630 you must pass secret) So i was on with my insurance and this bitch was getting on my nerves. I said my name, 3 minutes later "You're not the policy holder." ... strike one. She said a different amount, let me get my credi- "there's no need to be rude, i'm just try-" I said... let me. get. my. credit. card. And last strike because i asked for their boss "i put you on hold to process the payment" Without telling me... so i thought she hung up on me.

:)... so why i get mad? Because bitch didn't understand me and thought because of my accent, i was being rude. It's just... the accent.

It would definitely be when someone hacked my bank accounts and cleaned them out leaving me with nothing. We had to get the state police and the fbi involved because they tracked the money to an overseas account.

Last thing I remember getting mad about was when my older son figured out crayons write on walls. Hubby and I spent hours washing his “murals” off the walls and explaining to him that just because a crayon marks the walls, you shouldn’t draw on them.

Someone cut me off in traffic. I was waiting for the light to turn green so I could turn and the cars behind started beeping. Right as the light turned green a white van swings out and I have to slam on my breaks as it misses my car by inches.

My work tried to get me in trouble for letting in someone who wasn't supposed to be there. A few issues though.

1. We have well over a hundred names on our DNR list. Most have no pictures. Just names.

2. Of the ones with pictures, only one is clear and in color. Most are black and white, and grainy, pictures of younger black guys who tend to look the same.

So how the literal F am I supposed to pick this person out?
