So when me and my girlfriend are cuddling together she tends to just rub me in places like my thigh, stomach, chest etc.

And every time this happens, the feeling feels unbearably good. It just tickles A LOT. And I want it to just feel normal. I feel embarrassed when I squirm in front of her like that.
