As it can be seen it seems rough and stubbly skin on her legs. Such legs are never seen in movies/pics/modeling etc..

Is it normal for a woman to have such legs or it only happens with a woman who is excessively hairy bodied?

It only happens to women with excessively hairy because they shave it and make it rough.
I never experienced this, because i never shaved my legs, because my body hair is thin, light and almost invisible
