Playing devil's advocate for a moment though, let's say she was attracted but when caught felt guilty and grabbed on to her boyfriend. I think the answer would be some women do and some women don’t feel guilty. They may feel more guilty if they were to act on it.

No its does not cuz she is guilty. Just because someone enjoys the sight of a good looking guy, it doesn't mean she wants to date you. Often times even married people check out strangers. They are just appreciating the sight, not that they want to give up their lovers for you.
