Why would she tell me this?

My ex and I were talking about vacation time at work. Neither of us took our vacation time yet. She wants to go to another state for a few days and she says she would like to go but she has no one to go with and she's doesn't want to go alone. It was just her and I when we were talking about it. I don't know if she was saying it in general or if she was trying to give me a hint about going together. We have gotten along really well. I need advice. thank you

It's possible that your ex may have been giving you a hint about going together on vacation. It's also possible that she was just saying it in general and she genuinely doesn't know anyone else that can go with her.

If you're interested in going on vacation with your ex and spending some more time with her, you could always ask her directly. Even if it wasn't a hint, saying something like "hey, you know I'd love to go on vacation with you and I'm sure we'd have a great time!" could be a great way to open up the conversation.

Start by asking her if she has friends so that they can maybe plan girls trip or even with her family , then tell her that you can understand her since you too don't have company and maybe even tell her about your plans for your vacation. If she asks you first to accompany her than it's good , otherwise just ask her if she wants to go with u. If she accepts that great if not you lost nothing. Good luck !!
