In my opinion it's a girl who is willing to have sex with someone without them having to go to much effort to talk them into it.
I don't think there is anything worng with that if she wants to have sex then go for it.

By the same metric that makes nearly all men easy and is that a problem?

Oh, lots of Actions... Flirty, Trashy behaviour, around men not hvaing a care in the world if one/all of them start "pinching her" pulling her clothes, kissing her without aproval, walking half naked in a room either if otger men are in it, talking trash, swearing like crazy, doing drugs, etc, etc...
