Why Would She Block Me From All Her Socials But Follow/Unblock Me Now?

I have a situation with a girl I kind of have feelings for. A week and half ago we had a falling out because she kept playing with me so I forced her to go by saying something to her. I thought she was gone forever. Mind you when we had a fight she said she will never like me again and never speak to me again. 2 days ago I look on my Tik Tok and she end up unblocking me from her new Tik Tok and started following me. Should I block her. Plus I saw on one of her posts she is wearing my dame sweater she bought me that I left in her house 2 months ago. I’m mad about that because that is my sweater and she knows that because it’s an Extra large.

😂😂yeah she weird and she has a boyfriend at the moment. Just very weird why she would unblock me after she said “I’ll never like you again”. A week later she unblocks me and follows me plus she reviewed my story. I don't know I told her to go. I said something to her that would make her go forever because what she was doing to me was hurting me. She ended up unblocking and following me out of nowhere.

You right o was just wondering cuz she blocked me on her new account without me knowing. I know her old account but she blocked me on the new. Few days ago I saw she followed and unblocked me.
