Did anyone ever went on a boat with friends for party and fishing?

Yep. Quite often. I owned a cottage way back on a lake where there was no one else. We would head out and fish and them come back to the camp/cottage, have some drinks and play cards.

These days, I take friends out on the sailboat and we cast some lines in the bay, go for a swim and drink some wine afterwards.

Yes. I've partied on pontoon boats several times.

I've gone fishing on lakes in canoes, row boats and motor boats.

I've gone fishing on motor boats in the ocean. The problem with that is, when the boat is stopped and sits there bobbing and rocking in the ocean, I eventually get sea sick.

I was on two ships for a party. Actually, it was the same one but the first was a record release party for Cheap Trick's third album and the second was about 20 years ago for a Halloween party with my friends, Joydrop, providing the music.

I owned my own boat for a few years with a few friends... it was so MUCH fun, but a lot of preparation... we tied up 3-4 boats with a good sound system... it was AMAZING
