Have you ever been on a boat?

I haven’t been on a boat in a while so I decided to take a little trip.

Yes, years ago I went to with the Sunday School Class to this park that had swimming, boating, All I can remember is going boating with my Great Uncle, and I was in the middle of the lake wow was it scary for me and that boat rocked back and forth I couldn't wait to get to shore, I was age 16 when I went on that picnic with my Great Aunt and Uncle, there was me and the preachers daughter and Great Uncle in the boat could not wait to get out of the boat and never went again.

Yeah, honestly I miss sailing the traditional Norwegian fishing vessels we used in my region.
They're a lot of fun.
And essentially almost like viking ships. (But different wood type).

It's magical in the summer when it's light all night if there's almost no wind and the boat is super quiet, the animals like the seals are sleeping and you can get super close without scaring them away.

Many times. Kayaks, canoes, rowboats, pontoon boats, sailboats, large boats and ships.

My only problem is, when a boat stops and sits there bobbing, rocking and rolling in the ocean, I get sea sick. It doesn't happen when the boat is moving, though.

LOTS of times!! My aunt had a boat as did most of her friends and we were always either on the river or the island! Up at camp, we had a row boat. Downtown, they have a fleet of clipper ships that I've been on several times.
Back in the early to mid `60's boating and surfing were all the rage.

yes and they're very overrated. been on plenty of yachts nothing worthwhile.. other than tiny cramped bedrooms and living spaces and tiny cramped living room and kitchen and deck it is extremely overrated
