Do her actions match her words? That's probably the biggest tipoff she's faking. If she's toxic she'll talk to you, show interest and then when you respond in kind she'll go cold on you. Because she's not really interested in you, just in your interest in her. If a woman truly likes you she WILL make the effort. If she really likes you she's not going to let you get away.
