Ok cues.. Stares, peeks at you secretly, teases playfully, jokes, smiles around you, may want to get handsy but shows hesitancy due to workplace restrictions, makes the initiative to contact you.. by email, phone, break time chats, im, and ofcourse through social media

What about this. Now this sounds weird, but she will look at what I'm eating and then go something like oh look I've got the same as you!

she's def noticing you then, and making it known you have something in common, by the food you eat, just ask her out on a date, she can only say yes or no, and im sure she will say yes!

Does she look at you a lot? Hold your stare? Does she ask what days your working? Joke around with you much, does she follow you or asks jokingly if your gonna follow her? These are all signs she's interested but may hold back due to the fact that it's the work place and unsure how you really feel about her therefore she's afraid of rejection and doesn't want to make things awkward.

She glances at me from afar when she thinks I'm not looking at her. If I look over at her she keeps her head down. When we see eachother we do stare yes and hold eye contact. We eat across from eachother at the gable and we often lock eyes for just that little bit longer, but this maybe me just looking into things to much. If I don't give her as much 'attention' she starts to tease me, and she will happily talk to me, often about her family, or whatever.

Have you broke the touch barrier? Purposeful bump into her, touch her shoulder/arm? How'd she react? So far what you're telling, she's interested in you, I have a similar situation with a guy at work, and kinda act the same, except we don't have breaks together. But I will hold his stare as we're walking past each other. What do you do as far as trying to flirt with her. I can tell you if she's picking up on your cues.

Yes we broke the touch barrier, she's 'pulled' on my clothes before now. I touch her shoulder, and she doesn't really do anything, she doesn't step away anyway. She has brushed past me before now (walking behind me) but I can't tell if it was on purpose or not. We don't flirt a great deal, because of our situation, but we do tease, whether that's considered flirting? She initiates the teasing, as do I.

Seems likes she's interested, like I said she's probably holding back due to fear of rejection & the fact your at work. If you initiate more contact if she's like me then she'll give you more contact, but by you approaching first lets her know it's ok.
