I am not sure I follow but will give it a go anyhow. So if she has her friends spying on you it is because she told them to. I doubt they would much care about what you are doing. She wants to know. Now why you ask? That is because she might have a crush on you as well. Why not stop with the high school games though and just ask her out or flirt with her to see what happens. All you are doing now is dancing around the situation.
