Yeah it does dude. Those are sensitive. It hurts to get hit anywhere really if it is hard enough. There are some ways to protect from that but nothing will totally. That is a part of sports though and it happens. It is usually not intentional and you get over it but they do hurt when they get hit that is for certain.

You can also get things like chest protectors if you're in a sport that needs it.
