Girls, Does getting hit in the boob when wearing a sports bra still hurt?

Uh yeah it does. Sports bras don't really offer protection like that. They do help with my boobs bouncing around too much but if something hits them it is still going to hurt. I guess would it hurt if someone hit you in the balls even though you were wearing pants? I would think so. That is no different than a sports bra. It is just a piece of clothing in the end and doesn't really give protection.

I thought they had some padding on them, kinda like guys compression shorts

They are thicker material than a normal bra but certainly not going to protect from being hit.

Oh a dodgeball got thrown and hit her boob and she was acting like she got shot lol - I’ve been hit in the chest and didn’t make a big deal out of it

Yes. There's protective chest gear for women.

Yeah there's hard shell bras, but also there's padding chest pieces as well.

Are they worn in most sports?

I've mostly seen them in combat sports or heavy contact sports.
