She might be acting weird because you flirt and she doesn't know how to react. Some people just don't know what to do when they are flirted with. Others no exactly what to do. It could also be she is embarrassed because it is during class and doesn't want the attention from others that are around you two. That makes a lot of sense. What I suggest is if you wanna flirt or talk with her do it outside class time so it is less awkward. She might open up more that way.
