Do you actually mean that a person sits on another person's face? This would potentially be dangerous due to a high probability of suffocation. I certainly would not recommend that kind of practice as it is difficult for the person sitting on the face to fully assess whether the "victim" is still breathing or not.

It is perhaps because of the high risk involved that most people do not want to take that chance to cause suffocation and the ensuing consequences such an act involves.
