Dude you realize it is almost November again? That means you did absolutely nothing in the span of a year other than apparently stare at her. She made eye contact back then because she wanted attention. Now she doesn't because it is ten months later and you haven't seem to make a move. That is why she stopped. She gave up trying to get your attention. If you can't make a move or talk to her in that amount of time then this is exactly what is going ot happen.
