Sorry for answering your question with a question but who is competing in nude sports or is this just hypothetical? I don't think that either are going to fair real well to be honest. That is hardly ideal for either gender to have absolutely no protection at all. I bet it would ultimately depend on the sport as well. Swimming for example I don't see a huge problem. Football or soccer or something contact yeah that isn't good. I can't imagine running or jumping around without a sports bra for any sorta period of time. No thanks.
They do this in nudist colonies, but with the Olympics coming up, people are talking about how things would change if they went back to being nude like they used to do when it first started
