We’ve been talking consistently for three weeks but known each other for years, we really hit it off and our conversations flow great. She recommended a movie to watch and told me she really wanted to discuss it with me so I was wondering if this was a sign she likes me back.

If you like her offer to see the movie with her, maybe at a movie theater if it’s there, library, or other pubic location if you feel uncomfortable at houses. You have to be the aggressive one. You can even also just say “Hey let’s exchange phone numbers so we can talk about the movie” if you feel not ready to get personal yet. But you can turn your relationship into a personal one by becoming a relevant part of their day, after seeing them in person asking them at night how they doing or just saying hi when you normally don’t see them. Whatever it takes to be important to them!
