If I find someone attractive I think to myself he or she is attractive. If by excited you mean sexually aroused or something like that then no I don't. I don't sexualize people I don't know. If I were to be single and meet someone that I find attractive I might think of what to say to him or her. I might not do anything other than again think he or she is hot. Just depends on my situation. Example is over the summer I really didn't wanna get involved in dating. I still saw plenty of attractive people but didn't act on anything until recently when I met my current partner.

I don't know last time I seen a hot guy was when I was in my home town in Canada.. He was in the grocery store with his friend and he was like super hot and he was even polite to me as I kept running into them in the store.. I even seen him as we both left at the same time.. Depends on how you define hot. If you mean objectively, as in muscular etc., I'll only recognize and appreciate the effort, but won't actually find him attractive unless his face and act/personality (depends on of I already know him) attract me.
