Do you think this girl likes me? Should I approach her?

This summer, I had dinner in a restaurant with my aunt, where a pretty waitress works. My aunt noticed that the waitress was looking at me several times. I thought she was lying, but I saw that she was really looking at me (my eyes) a lot, but she she doesn't smile. when she goes in the opposite direction she turns and looks at me. Then I look at her too (we look at each other for 2 seconds) and she looks away. Do you think this girl likes me?

She's at minimum intrigued, but I wouldn't go as far as she's interested. Sometimes there are rules that employees cannot go out with their customers or she likes what she sees, but isn't doing anything further because she could be seeing someone.

I personally stay away from waitresses and bartenders (going on new dates all the time now), unless they're really laying it on thick because they're not my type and although on occasion you can pull these girls, it's too controlled of an environment and I don't want to get involved (she's probably hooking up with guys who work there and is used to getting hit on all the time, especially if she's an attractive one).

Recently, I got hit on by a very attractive bartender, and after looking at me up and down and staring at me, she asked "are you a local?" I simply gave her a half cocky smile and just said "maybe." Her interest was real, but she was asking because she didn't want to fuck a local who could screw with her tips and get her into trouble if her employer finds out.

I politely declined to speak with her apart from simple food and drinks because odds are bartenders and waitresses have been around the block A LOT and like I said, not my type. If you really want to ask her out and if you're not experienced approaching, next time you see her, just ask her a BS question such as "Hey! I'm looking to bring a few friends over next week. When are your busiest hours?" and watch her reaction.

If it's a positive one, then go for it (watch her tone, body language, etc). You have nothing to lose if you think about it. Just understand if you do end up dating the girl by chance, you'll have to deal with her getting hit on all the time and depending on hers and yours maturity level, it could be a rocky relationship. If you just want fun, then have fun! Lol.

Thanks for the advice. I agree with most of what you wrote. I am 25 years old and she is about 22-23 years old. I know this because I found out her name (through facebook). I am surprised that she is still single (at least through her pictures on fecebook). Here the waitresses are considered as "players". Or she is just shy. As you wrote she works with male colleagues and maybe messes with them. I am from Europe and the part of the country where I live lives exclusively from tourism in the summer. The rest of the year there is no life or people here. I live in a rural area, but close to the sea. That waitress only works here in the summer. (otherwise she is from another part of the country). Since I don't have any experience with women, I don't think I have anything to lose by approaching her. And I will approach her. Of course if she works here again next summer and is available. I would also agree to party with her for one night. But I am looking for someone for constant love and which will be with me all my life. I'm glad to hear your story. Greetings.

Why not? She may not have a deep friendship with you at the moment but we always develop "mini crushes" every day. She's probably liking you for the first impressions. While we can't say she loves you, unless you're ugly or stupid there's no reason for her to not like you, and if she's looking again and again, she must be addicted to seeing you. ﾠ

Maybe you remind her of someone she knows or perhaps she finds you attractive. Try to make some small talk like it must be stressful to work as a waitress at this time of the year cause many people are coming…. And see if she wants to talk and have a conversation with you.
