Do you think this girl likes me or is she just being nice?

Basically there is a girl I've known for about 2 years now. I've had a crush on her since I met her but have never told her that bc I'm fearful of being rejected. We are the same age and both in college.

Reasons I think she likes me: she texts me randomly, she asked me to be part of a group she was part of for a social thing, she invited me to her church, she talks to me about her personal problems, she sometimes initiates physical contact (playful shoving, touching my shoulder), and she asked me to workout with her

Reasons I think she is just being nice: When she invites me to stuff she typically doesn't talk to me at the event, she usually lets our text messages die off without responding, she sometimes stops talking to me mid-conversation to talk to someone she has known longer

My honest opinion is I'm in the friend-zone but I may be wrong. Curious to hear thoughts.
