I asked her if she wanted to see me at her place of work. She works at a sports bar, and I know she's not going to turn down money, especially if it helps the bar but, we do like each other, and have known each other for a LONG time. She replied "Yeah that would be awesome!"

Again, I get it. She probably just wants to get money and tipped, and I guess I'm ok with that, I guess. I'm just wondering why she replied THAT way, if that makes any sense?

I think that's a common way to spend some time with someone, while multitasking at work. Hopefully you'll be able to spend some real quality time with her soon.

I'm not really sure. I mean, we do like each other, we know that, and even kissed, finally (she teased me about not doing it yet, and I was like, ok, well, then let's do it finally). But, I'm not really sure what we are

When we kissed, it wasn't while she was "on the job" still. Yeah, I had already tipped her or whatever, but, she was "off shift", so, it's not like she was still trying to "get money out of me"

Since you don't know what kind of relationship you have with her. You need to talk to her about that first to make sure you are both on the same page.
