Why did she respond?

A friend of mine said i should meet a colleague from work. She persisted we were a good match and that she said i was cute from the the photo she showed her. She wanted a relationship and her line of thinking is the same as mine (nowadays most men/women dont want to compromise). I didn't want to but my friend insisted. I followed her on instagram and she followed back. I sent her a funny message regarding my friend and she replied joking as well. Sent her another message and almost 24 hours have passed. Should i reply or just go on my way and dont look back? I defend an interested person replies as soon as possible. What makes me angry is that she said my friend "i dont like when they take so long to respond" regarding other boys. Am i being too demanding?

Your doing good and being smart! Don't respond if she wants to she will text back.

Girls already know who they want and show attention accordingly. Good match or not sounds like you were ghosted or she wants to respond whenever.

yeah you are right. not my first time going trough a rodeo like this. i'm just angry my gut told this wasn'g going nowhere despite my friend best intentions and like an ass i sent a DM anyaway. She even posted a story today so. Another women that doesn't know what she wants
