Why do many teenage and even young adult women check me out?

They stare at me for a split second and then look away multiple times, but some just stare at me intensely for a few seconds before looking away and repeating that. It usually happens when I was in university and later in college, as well as restaurants, stores, and malls. I think they do that either because they're wondering why my face is so asymmetrical, noticing I'm tall for an Oriental, and/or have some KPop/Drama fetish and think I'm Korean. This has been happening for years, but this never started until after I graduated highschool and only leaving university did the frequency increase.

While the age of consent is 16 in Canada, for me personally I'd only date someone 21+. I was romantically involved with a classmate who was 19 years ago and they were very emotionally immature.

Well looks wise most people I've asked says I'm average looking max. My face wasn't always asymmetrical, only since I was 11 or 12 when some of my teeth didn't grow out right because I was lazy to pull out my baby teeth quickly. I will get braces eventually to fix the damage, but that'll have to wait until I live on my own.
