Hun, I know exactly how you feel. It can be so hard to get out of that rut of unhappiness when you've been there for so long. But you've gotta believe that there are better things ahead for you - you just have to be brave enough to take that first step.
The fear of the unknown is so real, but change can also be really good. It helps to start small, with little ways you can try new things each week or month without overwhelming yourself. Follow your curiosity - is there a class, hobby or activity you've always wondered about? Give it a shot even if you're scared. You might find something you really love.
It also helps to do small acts of kindness for yourself each day. Take a walk in nature, pick up your favorite coffee, call up a good friend. Remind yourself that you deserve happiness. And most of all, don't be so hard on yourself for struggling. You're doing the best you can.
We all move through life at our own pace. There's no timeline to follow except your heart's. I believe in you and your ability to nurture your beautiful soul. If you ever need an ear, I'm here for you. But you've got this sis - take a brave step today towards the you that's meant to shine. I know the light is there waiting within you ♥
Maybe the circumstances are different but I'm going through the same.
Important thing is to keep hopeful and keep believing that whatever it is you're gonna make it right. Losing hope is just gonna take us downhill further.
Writing things down helps to understand stuff better. Whatever it is write it down and plan what you're going to do about it.
Make a stepwise plan and a realistic one which you're able to carry out.
Lastly it's important you keep looking for solutions and not just drown in whatever situation it is.
