Does this mean anything?

It was something I had been thinking about, so I asked her, just to see what she'd say (whether it was true or not). I asked her if she regrets HOW we met, not meeting, but more, HOW we met, as she's trying to put that part of her life behind her as best she can. She said "sometimes".

Short answer I know but, to be fair I did sort of ask a yes or not question. I guess what I'm asking here is, does this mean anything?

So I don't know the circumstances of how you guys met, but whatever it is it sounds like it maybe was not the dreamiest or most glamorous way she would've wanted to meet when she thinks back on it. Maybe you guys met through a one-night stand, or as co-workers, or any other situation that she occasionally sees as not the way she would've wanted to meet you, or maybe any guy.

But her answer "sometimes" doesn't necessarily say she regrets you or being with you in general, just that she sometimes regrets the way you met, like you asked.
