The one thing I love about guys is their ability to make me laugh and feel safe. Like as long as he’s with me, everything will be alright. I’ve been single for periods of times and did okay but the one thing I really missed was a strong shoulder to cry on when things got hard. Family and friends helped but didn’t seem to fill that void. I said it the other day, at times, guys get a bad rap! They just magically seem to know what to say and do to make me feel better.

That can differ depending on the person and their preferences, but I would say that most of us like it when men are good listeners, empathetic, sensitive (but also firm and grounded), open and honest, funny, smart, caring and kind, and willing to take action when it's necessary. 😉

Just the attention and validation. That is why so many women that are in committed relationships still seek it out. Online thirst pics. Still wanting to go out to clubs.

Even if they don't like the guys, the attention and knowing men want them is a drug many women can't resist.
