Which do you think would've been better in the long run?
Get the chance to BE a little girl until that one magical day when you discover this wonderful feeling or, be completely alert about what's there and not having that chance to be "innocent" or discover it for yourself?
Do you think you would've benefited more by knowing from the start what you've got or do you even wish you didn't find out for several more years after you actually did?

Being aware about everything from an early age would have been preferred. Unfortunately I was stuck with the other option. I was given very very poor sex education in school, taught barely anything about the female reproductive system or how my body works, and I was never given “the talk” by either of my parents. So I only found out things the hard way.
I never got "the talk" or sex ed, either. My "talk" was, one day I was in the house and my brother comes in from the front porch and says that dad wants to see me out front. So, I go out front and he's sitting on the porch and says, "I just want you to know that if you have any questions about anything, don't be afraid to ask me." "Okay, dad." And I went back into the house. I think that, by that time, I'd already been clued in by some of my neighborhood "friends" that seemed to already know. For the most party, I learned all about it all on my own.
