My period was due about this time I was expecting it. But it hasn't come. I took a test but it came back negative. Does it mean im not pregnant? Is it safe to take test right now or is this day considered too soon?

If you’re having sex without birth control, you might be pregnant but it probably won’t show up on a drug store pregnancy test until 1-2 weeks after your missed period. More than likely your period is just late though. Please get some birth control.
