I've had 5 gals trying to hold me down at once. One for each leg and hand and one on the back.
They did not succeed.

However I’m a small person, and a woman biologically, not weak though! Most men naturally have that brute male strength.

I know one of them did gymnastics but they evidently didn't have much experience in martial arts.
Basically I just pulled my hands in fast enough ignoring their grip, threw the third gal off my back by leaning up backwards and stood up on the spot allowing me to free my legs.
