I would change my heart & mute my feelings. I have a big giving heart & wear my feelings on my sleeve. I'll give you my last & the shirt off my back with no expectations of getting anything back. I just care about people and their well-being. I'm a nurturer by nature. this has caused me hurt, so I'd dial it back.
I’d want to be able to exercise daily forever. Once i take a rest day then i take more than i should

I would change and if not get rid of it, definitely reduce, my insecurity. It would change my life by opening up all of the social situations that I shy away from now.
