Well, from a physical point of view, I might say that I wuold like to be 2 inches taller (I a already 5 feet 10 inches tall, so quite tall, but those 2 inches more would made the perfect height ) and be a little more fit. But to reach the goal of loosing a few pounds more, I go to the gym. So I would better try to modify some lines of my behavior. I would like to ne more cheeky in many situation, more confident too , and more focused when I concentrate on something, since sometimes I am not able to be as much steady as I'd like to.

i would change how i can't run now due to things. and run when i could because some people take it for granted that running is good for you like i did.

Physical: I have a few scars I'd like gone. Not grotesque or obvious enough to bother anyone but me, unless you know where they are. It's the why that's the reason I'd like them gone.

Mental: to be less hard on myself/perfectionistic without having to remind myself, lol. Or sleep... I'd love to be able to sleep again.

If I'd change something then it would be my very wide hips. I feel okayish with them but it's somehow still too wide in my opinion. My stomach is flat but I feel like people stare at my hips so often!

I'm sure that quote isn't referring to changing things physically about yourself, but about your mentality. But if I could change anything about myself, it would probably be my face shape. My jaw is rather large and I don't really like it.

I have freckles on my face, nothing too dark but i hate them. Im 3 quaters itialian but my Irish genes took complete control of my skin appearence and i hate it so much. I have made appointments to use lazer surgery to get rid of them
