When I see a person, regardless of the gender, that is hot, then I think that this poor soul has a temperature and that he/she should better stay at home and cure it out. Could be that he/she has still Covid-19 or some other ailment that makes him/her have a temperature above the one considered normal.

I don't address people I don't know and therefore, I will not say anything to him/her because it is none of my business to interfere with their private lives. It could also be seen as inappropriate if I suddenly start talking to strangers. This is not my attitude and behavior.
