I used to work with this girl who used to say "oh, I know I'm a bitch" I used to not like her but then when I found out she used to work in fashion it all made sense to me.

Ended up having a heart to heart with her about it. She really opened up about how traumatizing it was being in such a toxic enviroment. I remember feeling like we really connected. I could see in her eyes it meant a lot to her. Then she goes "I'm still gonna be a bitch"

So many things wrong with being one. Unpleasant to deal with, makes for a stressful home life, make for a miserable life, makes it so going home is seen as a "oh great now I have to go back their" when should be seen as a "oh FINALLY I can go home I am so tired I can't wait to see my (wife, girlfriend etc). RBF is a strange term but it is in-line with one I hear sometimes. Which is "you look like you are planning to kill a bunch of people" I am not but apparently my listening face looks like that. When I am listening I tend to look at the person and then stop paying attention visually so I get this "looking through them look"

In fact most of them seem to be desperately trying to find relationships and they just getting used and thrown aside.
