James Bond party dress idea, appropriate?

I’ve been invited to a James Bond, Casino Royale fancy dress, dinner party, in a few months’ time. It’ll be cooler weather. I have a navy blue, long lace sleeved, lace busted and tulle floor length skirted dress and glittery crystal heels that I could wear and get my face made up. Is this appropriate? I don’t really watch James Bond movies much.
