Why did she do this and what should I do?

I went on a first date with a girl i met on a dating app a few weeks ago and i think it went well, a few days after the first date, we started talking and setting up a second date which she mostly initiated. During the middle of this, she just stopped responding... i gave it a few days and sent her another message, and she replied and said sorry and said she had a class, that was almost 2 weeks ago, i replied and she didn't reply again.

I haven't sent another message since and dont know if i should. Should i send her another follow up message?

If anyone is not making any effort into something it's clear sign that they are not interested. You need not to think over this much better you move ahead. You did enough whatever you could do. Giving her more importance than that would make you lose respect.

Nowadays people do a lot of things without thinking and caring about it much that what other people would think or what other person will feel. That's how now our society has turned into. You won't be able to get all the answers of all your "whys". Chill accept it and move on.
