Then if you care about her, you should confront her and open the "resentment issue" you said. She might be confused about what happened and your intentions.

I tried. I texted her to start a conversation and she didn't respond. I texted her hey how are you

You had recently issues with her on in the past? The important thing is the direct contact and not avoiding the issue. If you avoid to open the topic with her even if she might like you she won't do anything. Women are directly oriented and don't spend time figuring something out. The things that come out of your voice /actions towards her are the only true statements. We need evidence for the analysis

The issues were in the past. To be honest I don't think she likes me in that way. I think she forgives me but moved on and okay with being social media friends at this point. I can't read it any other way unless she is waiting for me to make a move
