Should I forgive her?

So my girlfriend purposely made it impossible for me to make my flight to visit my family. Now I don't know how to feel about her and the future of our relationship. Should I just let it go and try to forgive. Or is this a deal breaker? Please help me figure this shut out.

Is that something she would have done if you were a hot guy? If so, since you are not good enough for her, dump her because she is looking for someone better and she knows she can walk all over you.

As far as how attractive I am isn't what is in question. So far I havet had any complaints. Hence her feelings of concern. She is use to being lied to and treated poorly. However the isn't an excuse for her to do things to sabotage me and out relationship.

If she has been treated poorly and often lied to, that could very well be what it is all about. Kind of like, "I need to get you before you get me." In that case, have patience and if she is only slightly psychologically damaged, she should get over it and begin to trust and improve. Otherwise, if that doesn't work, it is not your responsibility to try and fix her problem and you should move on.

Thats a manipulative tactic if she actually went out of her way to do that.
If your family and you have a good relationship, remember they'll be there for you longer than any girlfriend will.

What was her reason for this behavior?

She going through a lot in her life aside from our relationship. She was feeling scared of everything exploding into chaos and I wouldn't be there. She also is realizing that she has some unhappy abandonedment issues. She apologized for her behavior. Also she will be replacing the plane ticket.

Hey, how about marrying her so she doesn't have abandonment issues. Do you have children?

No we do not have children. Neither one of us want to have children. Not at this time, at least. Getting married won't be for a long time.

I absolutely plan to marry her. She is amazing. This was not in her character. Part of the reason I'm shocked.

@boggboss I'm guessing she probably wanted more time with him herself, and didn't want to be without him while he was gone.

Personally, I think she is concerned about my ex. However she is acting like she didn't do anything wrong and that I am over reacting. She has no remorse for all the money lost or my feelings.
