added her a week ago everything was fine but for some reason she blocked me.

i made a new account sent her amessage saying Could you please tell me what was the issue. 1 min of your time it can't hurt. & if you want to block cool whatever. I just need help seeing what the issue i'm not a person who hurts people. what i'm missing?

she looked at the message but did not reply.
