So I'm going on the assumption that him not maintaining good hygiene means that it's obvious, like he smells bad, breath is bad, doesn't wipe his ass properly and probably has 🍆 cheese. So with that in mind he's instantly a 0.
If you mean like he doesn't shower daily (because for some reason people think showering every 2-3 days is bad hygiene) and I don't know doesn't floss that often or something but still maintains decent teeth health then score doesn't really change at all. So long as he doesn't smell bad or taste bad 🥴😂

8 at most. These 'they're a 10 but...' questions always receive such dramatic responses. As if the women replying zero would turn down an attractive, kind, romantic, strong, wealthy, tall, and committed man because he doesn't shower daily. Let's be honest, ladies 🙂 it's not a deal breaker, but it makes him a little less perfect
