Changes in Mini Pill behaviour?

My (M32) friend (F32) has recently changed to the Mini Pill, as far as I'm aware, it's the Pill with just progesterone in it.

She's been taking them for about 2 weeks now; to the women that changed from the one with all three chemicals to the Mini Pill, did you feel any different? Were your period cramps worse? Could you feel your emotions affecting you more? Did you start to notice when the periods where coming on?

TL;DR- friend started taking the Progesterone-Only Pill and I'm wanting to learn a little bit more about it

I switched from combined to progesterone only.

It's only been about 2 1/2 weeks so far but I feel so much better honestly. My head is clearer. My first period on the pill was super light after the first day where it felt like it all came in the span of 5 minutes. But it wasn't painful at all. No cramping whatsoever which is insane for me.
Im also so much hornier 😂😭 which is honestly making it horrible e being single

More cramping, heavier periods. It took 18 months to level that out but the overall side effects were much milder than alt options. I had a lot of dizziness for couple weeks during adjustment too. There were a couple others but they're slipping my mind on a busy day.

When you say more cramping and heavier periods, is that a bad thing? I understand cramping, but can heavier periods make you feel crappy? Are the side effects of periods worse?

I read somewhere that you can get more than one period a month? Or it feels like you do?

Every woman is going to react differently.
Heavy periods can give you anemia. That can cause all sorts of damage to the body if not controlled.
More cramping makes me consider them worse.
Yes. Periods will swing all over the place. Hormones are powerful things and this is putting them out of the bodies set balance.

Will periods go back to how they used to be? Is there a way to gauge what times she's due?

It should level to a new normal. Predictability depends on her own body. Mine was never as predictable as when not on anything.

Four years. Longer than they like (suggest two years and break) but I feared the symptoms coming off it and stable.
