Yes. Quick question... why are you asking girls only and not guys? I am just curious is all. I guess define public. If you simply mean out and about and not at home then yeah all the time. If you mean in a public area (not a public restroom) then no. I wouldn't do that in front of other people. I have had a couple instances where I have had to go but always find and isolated spot and have a friend as a lookout. This is mostly when at the beach. There aren't any facilities where I typically go. There also aren't hardly any people because I access the area via pwc.
