I’ve always been the type who has to pee wayyyy too much, and I was joking around with a guy friend earlier today and he said all girls are like that. I’ve never really paid much attention before, do we all have small bladders?
No such thing as a "small bladder" lol.
Medically speaking, a bladder (doesn't matter the gender) of a typical, healthy individual can hol 1-2 cups of urine. The frequent need to urinate is actually due to lacking of strength in the pelvic floor muscles, which are an issue for a lot of women.
The muscle can be weakened from medications, or lack of exercises, even health issues too.
If you find yourself needing to urinate very often, or being unable to "hold" your pee, even when you do not have a full bladder- try pelvic floor exercises if you're looking for improvements!
Size wise, everyones bladder is about the same size, the ONLY difference is the sensitivity of the bladder, which ALLL comes down to muscles. Unless someone has an overactive bladder, which is a health condition, of course.

No clue. But I used to have (undiagnosed) OAB when I was younger and would run to the bathroom all of the time. I have no clue if I still have it or not, but I seem to be able to hold for a few hours at least. Or I try to make myself to. Sometimes I'll go pee more than other days.
What Girls Said
Your bladder is probably the same size as everyone else's. The issue with frequency happens when people pee "just in case". There's essentially a sensor in your bladder where your brain recognises that it's time to go, if you pee "just in case" you are changing that sensor to be lower and lower which means you need to go more frequently.
No. I’m sure my bladder is the standard size
