I'm not sure what you're really after here. What do you mean by do and don't do? Life carries on when I have my period. I don't stop doing normal life things just because of it. I still have to do the dishes and laundry, go to school when in semester, eat, go to the store and so on. So I "do" the same things I would normally do because as I said life doesn't simply stop once a month. I make adjustments if anything. I use a heating pad the first couple of days when I can. I can't really take that with me or anything when I leave. Other than that just the usual over the counter meds when I absolutely need them.
