Why do people always villainize me?

Everywhere I go people try to exclude me, keep gossiping about me despite not knowing shit about me and give me dirty looks. Even in the workplace my supervisors would always be super dry and short when I would try to make conversation with them and months later complain to the boss about me not being outgoing and chatty enough. Everything is my fault, nothing I do is ever right while other women are praised for just existing. People would spread rumors about me to the point were coworkers I never talked to would give me dirty looks from afar. If I have an argument with someone, everyone always sides with the other one despite not knowing about the context at all. Am I ugly or what is the problem? Why are people always against me?

The first thing that comes to mind is that you perceive people as doing these things when they are not actually harboring any ill will towards you. Do you seem to feel that way wherever you go?

If this is a trend no matter what setting you are in, then there is only one common denominator. It’s YOU. Do some soul searching and look for possible causes or behaviors you have that would cause others to react to you in the manner you described.
